Alivher ES Tablet should be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time each day. This is done to ensure consistent levels of medicine in the body. It should be taken as per your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. Diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, and indigestion are some common side effects of this medicine. However, consult with your doctor if menstrual irregularities such as spotting or bleeding between menstrual periods or missed periods happen or bother you. Some serious side effects which mean immediate doctor consultation is required include unexplained swelling and pain in your limbs, shortness of breath, chest pain, or changes in vision. Before taking Alivher ES Tablet, tell your doctor if you are breastfeeding, if you have ever had any problems with your blood circulation or have diabetes or stroke. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. It might increase the risk of breast cancer, hence regular breast examination is recommended.

Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby. - Breast feeding : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Alivher ES Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. - Driving : UNSAFE - Alivher ES Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. - Kidney : CAUTION - Alivher ES Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Alivher ES Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. - Liver : CAUTION - Alivher ES Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Alivher ES Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Alivher ES Tablet is not recommended in patients who previously had liver disease and the liver function tests are still not normal.
If Missed: If you miss a dose of Alivher ES Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
