Introduction: In Treatment of Bacterial infections Ampurin 125mg Dry Syrup is a medicine given to children for the treatment of a wide range of bacterial infections. These infections may include otitis media (ear infection), sinusitis (sinus infection), tonsillitis (infection of tonsils), dental abscess (tooth infection), pneumonia (lung infection), cellulitis (skin infection), and urinary tract infection. It works by preventing the formation of the bacterial protective covering which is essential for the survival of bacteria. Additionally, Ampurin 125mg Dry Syrup may also be given as a preventive antibiotic before certain surgical procedures. Usually, children start to feel better within 2-3 days of regular dosing. Make sure to finish the recommended course of the medicine as stopping the medicine abruptly may lead to ineffective treatment or worsen your child’s condition. In Treatment of Typhoid fever Typhoid fever is an infection of the gastrointestinal tract that spreads through contaminated food and water.
