Take Balagin 0.25mg/10mg/250mg Tablet as prescribed by the doctor. Avoid wearing contact lenses till you do not see improvement in your conditions. In Treatment of Corneal ulcer A corneal ulcer is a common eye condition. It is an open sore on the cornea and is usually caused due to a bacterial, viral or fungal infection. People who wear contact lenses are at higher risk for corneal ulcers. That’s because infectious agents may get trapped behind a lens. It is advisable to follow basic hygiene while handling contact lenses and avoid wearing them overnight in order to prevent corneal ulcers.

If you experience any symptoms on taking the medicine, let your doctor know. They may be able to suggest ways to reduce or prevent the side effects. How to Use: Balagin 0.25mg/10mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Atropine, Belladonna dry extract, and Magnesium Trisilicate. Atropine causes the muscles in your eye to become relaxed. This widens (dilates) your pupil so that it will not respond to light. Belladonna dry extract acts as a muscarinic antagonist, blocking receptors in the muscles of the eye that constrict pupil size. Magnesium Trisilicate is an antacid and alkalizer. Together, they help treat uveitis, corneal inflammation and corneal ulcer.

Safety Advice: If you miss a dose of Balagin 0.25mg/10mg/250mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
