However, dose adjustments may be required in severe kidney disease. Consult your doctor before giving Bilastine to your child in case of severe kidney disease. - Liver : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Bilasure Oral Solution is safe to use in patients with liver disease. No dose adjustment of Bilasure Oral Solution is recommended. However, dose adjustments may be required in severe liver disease. Consult your doctor before giving Bilastine to your child in case of severe liver disease.
