Description: CARBELIN 1GM INJECTION is an antibiotic medicine used in the treatment of severe bacterial infections. It effectively treats acute and chronic infections of the upper and lower urinary tract due to various types of harmful bacteria. CARBELIN 1GM INJECTION is given as a drip (intravenous infusion) or as an injection under the supervision of a healthcare professional. It should be used regularly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may lead to the infection returning or worsening. The most common side effects of CARBELIN 1GM INJECTION include rash, allergic reaction, and injection site reactions (pain, swelling, redness). These are usually mild but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days. It may also cause diarrhea as its side effect. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies. - Breast feeding : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - CARBELIN 1GM INJECTION is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby. - Driving : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - It is not known whether CARBELIN 1GM INJECTION alters the ability to drive.
