Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

If Missed: If you miss a dose of Cobradex 400mg/65mg Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
