It may cause side effects like vomiting, nausea, dryness in the mouth, weakness, and constipation in some patients. These are usually mild and disappear after a short time. Inform your doctor immediately if any rash or allergic reaction is observed while taking this medicine. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before taking this medicine.

How to Use: This is a combination of two medicines: Tramadol and Dicyclomine. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain.

Safety Advice: If you miss a dose of Colik Rapid Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
