How to Use: DK Fam 50 mg/20 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Famotidine which relieve abdominal pain. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by preventing the formation of chemicals responsible for fever, pain, and inflammation (redness and swelling). Famotidine is an H2 blocker (type of antacid). It works by reducing the amount of acid in the stomach which helps to get relief of acid-related indigestion and heartburn.

However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. If Missed: If you miss a dose of DK Fam 50 mg/20 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
