Introduction: In Dry cough A dry cough, also known as non-productive cough, is a cough where no phlegm or mucus is produced. How to Use: Phenylpropanolamine belongs to a class of medications called nasal decongestants. It stimulates receptors on blood vessels in the nose and sinuses leading to its constriction and reduction in blood flow thereby relieving congestion. .

Safety Advice: - Alcohol : UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Dinex P Syrup. - Pregnancy : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Dinex P Syrup may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. - Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Dinex P Syrup is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. - Driving : UNSAFE - Dinex P Syrup may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. - Kidney : SAFE IF PRESCRIBED - Dinex P Syrup is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Dinex P Syrup may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor. - Liver : UNSAFE - Dinex P Syrup is probably unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.

If Missed: If you miss a dose of Dinex P Syrup, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
