Using this medicine can cause some common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach upset, sleepiness, weakness, and increased liver enzymes. How to Use: Enpex 100mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Nimesulide and Chlorzoxazone which relieve muscle pain. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm.

If Missed: If you miss a dose of Enpex 100mg/250mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
