Some of the common side effects on of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, indigestion, loss of appetite, and diarrhea. How to Use: HIFENAC TL 100MG/37.5MG TABLET is a combination of two medicines: Aceclofenac and Tramadol, which relieves severe pain. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Tramadol is an opioid which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.

HIFENAC TL 100MG/37.5MG TABLET may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive. - Kidney : CAUTION - HIFENAC TL 100MG/37.5MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of HIFENAC TL 100MG/37.5MG TABLET may be needed. Please consult your doctor. - Liver : CAUTION - HIFENAC TL 100MG/37.5MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. If Missed: If you miss a dose of HIFENAC TL 100MG/37.5MG TABLET, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
