Ketox Eye Drop

Introduction: In Treatment of Eye infection Ketox Eye Drop is used to treat bacterial infection of the eyes such as conjunctivitis or pink eye. It gives relief from pain, swelling, redness, itching or irritation in the eyes. It is also used to temporarily relieve itchy eyes caused by seasonal allergies. Another benefit of Ketox Eye Drop is that it prevents and treat swelling in the eye due to eye surgery (cataract surgery). Use it 2-3 times a day for atleast a week or as prescribed by the doctor. Your symptoms might improve after using Ketox Eye Drop. However, make sure to complete the full course of treatment. This will ensure that the infection is completely cured and prevent it from returning.

Benefits: This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.

The most common side effects include discomfort, irritation, and burning sensation at the application site. If these side effects persist for a longer duration, inform your doctor. In case of accidental contact with your ears, nose, or mouth, immediately rinse it with water. Inform your doctor if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients in this medicine or if you are taking any other medication. It is advised not to drive or operate heavy machinery immediately after using this medicine as it may cause temporary blurring of vision and may affect your ability to drive.

How to Use: Ketox Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Ofloxacin and Ketorolac which treat eye infections. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing the bacterial cells from dividing and repairing. Ketorolac a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling) in the eye.
