How to Use: Lebact Am 500mg/75mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Levofloxacin and Ambroxol which treat respiratory tract infection associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Levofloxacin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Addition of ambroxol enhances the antibacterial effect of levofloxacin.
Safety Advice: If you miss a dose of Lebact Am 500mg/75mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
