Remember you should avoid this medicine, if you have signs of appendicitis or inflamed bowel (such as lower abdominal pain, cramping, bloating, nausea, vomiting). It is important to consult a doctor before taking this medicine if you are suffering from severe constipation, severe stomach, or kidney disease. It is an effective medicine with very little or no side effects however it may cause constipation, so it is better to take plenty of fluids while taking this medicine. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking this medicine.
How to Use: Magasip Syrup is an antacid and alkalizer. It neutralizes gastric acid in the stomach thereby reducing the direct acid irritant effect. It is also known to inhibit the activity of the enzyme pepsin thereby helping with heartburn.

If Missed: If you miss a dose of Magasip Syrup, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
