If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose. It may cause side effects like taste changes, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, stomach pain, and loss of appetite. However, these are temporary and usually subside on their own. Please consult your doctor in case these do not resolve or persist for a longer duration. Before taking Myositol-M 500mg/600mg Tablet, inform your doctor if you have any kidney, liver, or heart problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor before taking it. Metformin is an antidiabetic medicine which helps regulate hormones in PCOS by balancing insulin levels. This regularizes menstruation and ovulation cycles. Myo-inositol is a naturally occurring messenger which ensures proper binding of insulin to its receptors and regulates the signaling that follows the binding process. Regular monitoring of kidney function test is advisable while you are taking this medicine. - Liver : CAUTION - Myositol-M 500mg/600mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Myositol-M 500mg/600mg Tablet is generally started with low dose in patients with mild to moderate liver disease and its use is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.
