Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by the doctor. The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and increased liver enzymes. How to Use: Nemeriv S Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Nimesulide and Serratiopeptidase which relieve pain. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.

If Missed: If you miss a dose of Nemeriv S Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
