Avoid covering the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages, as this may increase the risk of side effects. The most common side effects of this medicine include burning, irritation, itching, redness at the site of application. These are usually temporary and improve with time. However, if they persist or get worse you should let your doctor know. Before using the medicine, consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

How to Use: Nidcort Lotion is a steroid. It works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.

Safety Advice: If you miss a dose of Nidcort Lotion, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
