However, the use of Nimx P Syrup is not recommended in children with severe kidney disease. - Liver : CAUTION - Nimx P Syrup should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Nimx P Syrup may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Discuss with your doctor thoroughly before giving Nimx P Syrup to your child. Regular monitoring of Liver Function Tests (LFT) is recommended while your child is taking this medicine.
