In Dysentery Dysentery or amoebic dysentery is a parasitic infection of the intestines that occurs mostly due to intake of contaminated food or water. The symptoms include loose stools (diarrhea), stomach cramps and stomach pain. Oflajet Plus Tablet helps to treat this infection by killing the infection causing parasites. It relieves these symptoms and also helps you to stay well by preventing them from coming back. How to Use: Oflajet Plus Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Lactobacillus, Ofloxacin, Ornidazole and Saccharomyces boulardii. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic. It kills bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves. Ornidazole is also an antibiotic which kills the bacteria and other microorganisms by damaging the DNA. Together, they treat your infection effectively. Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces boulardii are live microorganisms which restore the balance of good bacteria in the intestine that may get upset with antibiotic use or due to intestinal infections.

If Missed: If you miss a dose of Oflajet Plus Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
