Common side effects of this medicine include nausea, diarrhea, constipation, heartburn, indigestion, and urine discoloration. These side effects are well tolerated. However, if they worsen with time, please consult your doctor. Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any other health conditions. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medicines or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It is advised to avoid intake of alcohol while taking this medicine.
How to Use: Osteoapt GM Tablet is a combination of four medicines: Diacerein, Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium Chloride, Methyl Sulfonyl Methane and Methylcobalamin which relieve osteoarthritis symptoms. Diacerein and Glucosamine Sulfate Potassium Chloride are proteoglycan synthesis stimulators whereas Methyl Sulfonyl Methane (MSM) is a nutritional supplement. Together they help in building cartilage (soft tissue that cushions the joints) leading to joint repair. They also lower inflammation (swelling) of the joints. Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B which has pain relieving action.

If Missed: If you miss a dose of Osteoapt GM Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
