To prevent and manage dry mouth stay hydrated and maintain good oral hygiene. This medicine can also cause dizziness, so do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. How to Use: Pepsigard-P Suspension is a combination of two medicines: Domperidone and sucralfate. Domperidone is a prokinetic which works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. Sucralfate is is an ulcer medication which covers the damaged ulcer tissue in the stomach and protects it against acid or injury to facilitate healing.

Safety Advice: If you miss a dose of Pepsigard-P Suspension, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
