Let your doctor know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. The most common side effects are headache, nausea, and abdominal pain. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Contact your doctor straight away if you are at all concerned about any of these side effects. This medicine may cause diarrhea, so it is better to take plenty of fluids while taking this medicine as it may help to prevent dehydration. How to Use: Pioride 2mg Tablet is a selective 5-HT4 receptor agonist that has high intrinsic activity. It indirectly stimulates the release of acetylcholine, a chemical messenger that increases the motility of the intestine and treats even chronic (long-term) constipation very effectively.

Safety Advice: If you miss a dose of Pioride 2mg Tablet, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
