Headache, tiredness, muscle pain and back pain are some common side effects of this medicine. These are usually mild but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood sugar level, and liver function while taking this medicine. How to Use: Ptvs Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Pitavastatin and Ezetimibe. Pitavastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine which prevents your body from making "bad" cholesterol (LDL) while raising "good" cholesterol (HDL) levels. Ezetimibe is a cholesterol absorption inhibitor which prevents absorption of cholesterol from the intestines. Together, they provide better reduction of cholesterol in your body.

Safety Advice: - Alcohol : UNSAFE - It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Ptvs Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet. - Pregnancy : UNSAFE - Ptvs Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby. - Breast feeding : CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR - Ptvs Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. - Driving : SAFE - Ptvs Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive. - Kidney : CAUTION - Ptvs Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. If Missed: If you miss a dose of Ptvs Plus 2mg/10mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
