How to Use: Tranesma 5% Gel is a procoagulant agent. In the presence of UV light, plasminogen (enzyme) induces the production of melanin (pigment) to cause pigmentation and dark spots in the skin. It inhibits the activation of plasminogen, thus lead to a decrease in the production of melanin. This is how it works to treat melasma and hyperpigmentation of the skin.

If Missed: If you miss a dose of Tranesma 5% Gel, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
