Tranesma Plus Tablet also enhances the healing process due to the presence of an antioxidant in it. Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you.

How to Use: Tranesma Plus Tablet is a combination of two medicines. Tranexamic Acid is an anti-fibrinolytic. It works by preventing the breakdown of blood clots to control excessive bleeding during periods, or after surgery. Pine bark extract is also known as Pinus pinaster. A few research found it effective in preventing bleeding.
