Clean and dry the affected area before applying Tripletop Lotion. Use it atleast 2-3 times a day or as prescribed. You may see change in your skin appearance after few weeks.

How to Use: Tripletop Lotion is a combination of three medicines: Clobetasol, Salicylic Acid and Coal Tar which treat psoriasis. Clobetasol is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Salicylic Acid and Coal Tar are keratolytic medicines which break down keratin clumps, remove dead skin cells and soften the skin.

Safety Advice: If you miss a dose of Tripletop Lotion, apply it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
