Introduction: In Treatment of Allergic eye disease Vasicon Eye Drop gives rapid relief from symptoms of allergic eye disease such as redness, swelling, itching and watering of eyes. It also reduces infection and irritation in the eye. You can use Vasicon Eye Drop twice a day or as prescribed by the doctor. If you see no improvement even after a week, consult your doctor. Apart from using eye drops, it is advisable to wash your eyes with luke warm water to reduce discomfort.

Hold the dropper close to the eye without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the lower eyelid. Wipe off the extra liquid.

In case of accidental contact with your ears, nose, or mouth, immediately rinse it with water. Inform your doctor if you have a known allergy to any of the ingredients in this medicine or if you are taking any other medication. It is advised not to drive or operate heavy machinery immediately after using this medicine as it may cause temporary blurring of vision and may affect your ability to drive.
How to Use: Vasicon Eye Drop is a combination of five medicines: Boric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Zinc Sulfate, Chlorpheniramine Maleate and Naphazoline. Boric Acid and Zinc Sulfate are antiseptics which treat bacterial infection in the eyes and relieves irritation. Sodium Chloride is a purified salt solution which works by drawing out water from swollen cornea. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic. It blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, watery eyes. Naphazoline is a decongestant which works by narrowing blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling).

If Missed: If you miss a dose of Vasicon Eye Drop, skip it and continue with your normal schedule. Do not double the dose.
