This helps reduce symptoms such as tiredness, weakness, reduced concentration, pale or yellow skin, brittle nails, dry hair, etc. Along with taking Wayferol Tablet, include iron-rich foods like spinach, dates, organ meats like liver, iron-fortified cereals, etc.

If Missed: If you miss a dose of Wayferol Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
