How to Use: Xerofast TH 50mg/4mg/325mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Diclofenac, and Thiocolchicoside. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Diclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause fever and pain respectively. Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant. If Missed: If you miss a dose of Xerofast TH 50mg/4mg/325mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
